Cpr Exam Has Anyone Ever Taken The RedCross CPR Exam? Any Tips?

Has anyone ever taken the RedCross CPR exam? Any tips? - cpr exam

I take this test tomorrow morning, and I am a bit nervous. I feel like my class really prepared me for everything. If someone has done recently, and can give me some advice, it would be great!

Right Tsar. Relax. Remember

1 / the ratio of chest compressions and breathing, 5:2 (for the 10:1, at two, if I remember rightly) remind
2 / three fingers from the tip of the sternum with two fingers on the left side, place the heel of the hand
3 / Do not Rock during compression. have a vertically upward and downward
4 / stay calm and focused
5 / Make sure the head is fully extended, the airway open and there are no obstacles in the mouth.
6 / Make sure you keep your nose!

Hopefully.

I did and it was not so difficult in the key of everything is just hear and see everything that you do not want to help it not better to you. Make sure you eat a good breakfast. I know everyone always says, but what really helped me. Good luck

In fact, the test of common sense. I took it and had only one class of 4 hours before hand, including child CPR and infant mortality. It's just common sense. Use your head.

It is not as hard as you think. If you think you need an update and does not feel his class helped him to see you online, how to perform CPR. I practiced my friend before my test and it helped me because it was a relaxed situation. Remember your A, B, C ... Airway, breathing, circulation. Check the airway (head tilt / chin) Put your ear to listen to the victims of the mouth feel or to feel the breath and pulse to make no pulse, CPR. 2 breaths 15 compressions for 1 person. Good luck!

Are you a phobia of dolls? If not, you're way ahead of the game and don'e not worry! You get to these classes without having to learn to learn the material before us on (unless you something from the net before it) in the class. When I took my classes, found I lost because of my phobia ... with dolls or mannequins.
