June 29.2008 yesterday, up 12 clock and saw a rainbow around the sun. around the sun was dark and theres a rainbow on the board. took pictures and videos, and as we saw, we realized that theres a black dot in the center of the sun. Can someone explain?

They have seen a Sundog (even the dog has a "Sun").
Sundog like to arch the sun. It may look as if a second sun in the sky, or even third (one on each side of the sun "true").
Another phenomenon related Circumzenithal are arcs, circles, mock suns, halos, and 22 degrees.
These phenomena are caused by the refraction of light reflected or to or through the high clouds and ice crystals in the atmosphere.

BTW, what I understand you not noticed the black spot, if you jump, and only appeared in the pictures. It could be a question of the camera.
This is a photographic artifact ..... It has happened to me if I have a picture I took with my phone ... seems .......... clearly
