NO! without a passport you when you book. Once your reservation is completed, you will be asked at some point again and go into a lot of personal information, including citizenship and passport number. But, you have up to 3 days prior to departure this information precruise complete.

If you do not have the pre-registration of the desired information in the cruise port of at least 3 hours before departure so that they can be completed. The reason is that all cruise lines now have to send the Office of Homeland Security (Immigration) a complete list of all passengers. and this must be the SA at least one hour before the ship sailed provided.

As a guide, now it's on the website of Royal Caribbean on the registration information:
When billing, you save time. You do not have to fill out forms at the pier. If you and your party arrive, you only need your card signed SetSail, identity and credit card to register online. \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ U0026lt;br>
